Our passion for old vines and the curiosity we have for original expressions are the driving forces between the recovery of a variety that was almost completely lost and has very deep roots in our lands in the Toledan dehesa.
In Mizancho, we have revived a landscape and a culture, a collection of experiences and sensations that are both highly enigmatic and utopian. The result is both provocative and surprising, and at the same time connects us to our vinous history. Essences of the forest, a fine, rustic palate, it goes beyond paradoxes thanks to its precise and noble traits.

| Viticulture | Trellised vines, with a double training system. Organically grown. |
| Winemaking | Whole bunches of grapes are foot-pressed in small vats. It then cold-macerates over two days, is pressed and undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in the barrel at a controlled temperature. Eight months’ ageing in 300 and 500-litre barrels. |
