On the horizon, the profile of the mountain ranges of the Central System is a constant.  Its slopes give forth the magic of our limited creations.  Mountain wines, high altitude Garnacha and Albillo Real; a natural response to our search for freshness and character.   But beyond what is territorial, this path leads us to experiment with almost extinct varieties and productions that challenge the limits of the vine and of viticulture.  This is all encompassed in the word “chimera”:  the striving to reach a dream that sometimes you manage to achieve.
